What Besa collects when you use besa-uk.org, and how we handle it.

We run a small sports review site. We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from your messages or page views.

If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, topic, and message you typed. We use that to answer you. We keep messages long enough to handle the request, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Server logs may record IP address, user agent, referrer if present, and the pages requested. That is ordinary hosting telemetry for security and uptime. We do not sell log data.

We may use basic analytics that count visits without identifying you as a named person. If a cookie is required for a form or session, it is limited to making the site work.

Third-party fonts or infrastructure providers may process technical requests when pages load. They operate under their own terms.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us a message, email us and we will delete it.

We retain server logs for a limited period needed for security review, then they age out under ordinary log rotation.

If our practices change in a material way, we will update this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy for future visits.

We do not require an account to read pages. Optional messages through the contact form are the main place personal details show up by choice.

If you contact us from a work address, we still treat the message as yours. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question.

Law enforcement or hosting abuse requests are handled under ordinary legal process. We keep that rare and narrow.
